He is dedicated to the concept that management and staff of the firm are not just employees but rather business partners. In addition to the leadership responsibilities to the group, Kobla works with both individual and corporate clients in various industries rendering business advice, consulting, mentoring, and tax and estate planning services. He is also involved in many charitable organisations and is a Past Rotary International Governor for Rotary International District 9400 covering Eswatini, Botswana, parts of South Africa and Mozambique. He also sits on boards of various companies and organisations.

A Swati and former University lecturer, Kobla has performed extensive professional work in audit, financial management, project restructuring, deal structuring, due diligence, business process improvement, management information systems, design and installation and training. He has undertaken senior international consultancy assignments funded by UNDP, SIDA, SADC, CDC, USAID, REDSO, GTZ, EU and ADB in a number of countries including Uganda, Kenya, Botswana, Mozambique, Cote D’Ivoire, South Africa, Lesotho, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Tanzania, Egypt, United States of America and France. He was for several years a consultant to Mananga Management Centre, ESAMI and also undertook assignments for IDM Swaziland. He is a guest lecturer on Finance and Accounting for the Eswatini Campus of the MBA programme of the Edinburgh Business School.

May is the Managing Director of MQA. May was a director in Ernst and Young Lesotho for 13 years before disengaging from the firm in December 2005. May was involved in all major audits and management services of Ernst & Young - Lesotho including LHDA, Lesotho Bank, Lesotho Agricultural, Parastatal, UN and other Donors’ audits. May is active in and chair of Nepad Business Group – Lesotho. She is involved in Women in Business and Women Economic development projects, having participated in UN Women’s conference in Beijing- China and a founding member and President for six (6) years of Women in Business Group Lesotho. Mrs Moteane co-ordinated the Investigative and Forensic Audits of Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) in June 1995.

May is respected for her business acumen and innovative yet practical approach to external audits and business issues. May as director attends yearly professional education updates in auditing and accounting. She had been involved in the audit and financial management service for many major government and quasi government enterprises, enterprises, companies from the private sector as well as Non-governmental and donor funded projects and organisations. She was involved for several years in the audits of major donors and multi-lateral donors’ projects like Lesotho Highlands Water project, UNDP support to various sectors in Lesotho, African Development Bank support projects, USA and ACPD support to Lesotho Council of NGOS and Lesotho National Development Corporation (LNDC). She has also undertaken consultancy work for the World Bank, SIDA and DANIDA. She has been the engagement director on most of the firm’s audits including the Lesotho National Insurance Group.

Juliet Onubi is a chartered accountant member of the Lesotho Institute of Accountants. She is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. She is a Masters Degree holder from Botho University Botswana. She also has a Higher National Diploma in Accountancy passed at Upper Credit level from the Federal Polytechnic, Bida Niger State - Nigeria. She trained with KPMG in Nigeria as well as Ernst and Young Lesotho. She also worked with Sheeran & Associates as Senior Manager for over ten years before she joined the firm. She has above fifteen years’ experience in managing/supervising various audit and accountancy assignments both in Nigeria and Lesotho.
